is there a way of moving all the uk channel list in one place on the web tv

Not to sure what you are asking here, but guessing it is something along these lines?

Moving your Sly Channels that are clearing, and Free-view etc into it's own section, and then having your IPTV in it's own section?
Correct me if i am wrong

So this is going to be on an OPenbox then.
The M3u file that was sent to you, simply open this up in Notepad, and you will then see all the channels listed, just cut and paste them up the list to the top and move the ones you don't want to the bottom, or simply delete them.
Then just upload the file again to your box..
