channel list for Openbox X5

Hi can anyone help me with a channel list for a openbox x5 and instructions on how to install it please.

i think it is the same as the skybox f5s/v8 etc etc so go here, download the latest channel list and go here for instructions how to load. good luck.

The openbox x5 is a Bit different than the f5 and v8s if i remember its a bin file it can be downloaded from ajsat Have a look on youtube to load

Hi yes openbox x5 is different. the channel list on ajsat is downloading as a vlc media file is this the right format or im i doing something wrong.

Thought it was a bin file I could be wrong you could have a look on the this site try search at top of page the skybox f6 is the same as your box sorry can't be of more help

If you have VLC media player installed, then it does associate .bin files to it. It doesn't matter though. It doesn't affect how you use it.

He does both types of channel list. The X5 list is a .bin file, although it hasn't been updated since 4/8/14.

yeah sorry Kremmen he does I have a openbox v8 combo that uses a .bin channel update do ya think I may be able use that ?? all I need is the order of channels ill add the frequencies myself if I need to

Hmm...not sure. Don't have a V8 combo myself.

Knowing how flakey these boxes can be, it might roll over & play dead if you try LOL.

Got the same feeling as you Kremmen As the V8 combo is not on the skybox cc website Seems they have built another cloned box
