BT/EE/Plusnet.

Late to the party but when I was looking for FTTP I wanted a provider that uses DHCP over PPPoE as they say it's more efficient. I believe all on your list use PPPoE. I only know of Sky and TalkTalk that use DHCP.

If you have a duel signal router. Try setting to 5ghz. I changed mine from 2.4 and have perfect signal all over the house. Just have one older samsung tv that doesn't pick up 5ghz,but run a stick on that one, so all good. Paul
Not good advice... a lot of IOT devices (like LED light strips, Ring door bell etc.) only work on 2.4ghz... better solution is to split the SSIDs so it broadcasts a 2.4 and a 5 SSID. New devices will connect to 5ghz. Also, 5ghz has a lower reach, better performance... 2.4 longer reach, less performance.

When i split mine everything was looking for2.4. Actuall caused more trouble than it was worth, thats why i only buy 5ghz appliances ... Paul
