Stb emulator works really well on 3gb ram box or bigger but I have had it on mxq 1gb and it struggles. Perfect player works really well on mxq slow to originally load but other than that works really well and had tv guide as well

I tried a few and settled on iptv extreme. It has recording capabilities too.

Never have much trouble with perfect player as long as the server streaming the content is fast and stable also of course your own ISP connection has to be stable too but i haven't quite got the hang of the EPG side of it yet, Its ok if the iptv provider sends you an epg but if they dont provide one i found it can be a pain building your own, There is a website to help build an epg dont want to break rules and post links but can easy be found via google.
