That looks to not be a standard Internet modem... Description says LTE modem (i.e. Mobile data). Would still require a modem to connect to your incoming connection...

Yeah I’ve never had any issues with it. Only thing is it’s old and unsure on the lifespan of them, but it’s good as a stand alone modem, then you’ll have to connect it to a router.

If you do go with plus net they will send you the hub two which you can put in modem mode, so that should do the job, but I’ve not tried any other modems so can’t recommend anything else sorry.
I have been a PlusNet customer for 8 years. Never had any issues with any of their Fibre Broadband services (only team player on Fifa Pro Clubs that never experiences lag nor outages). I would recommend switching to a Mesh router for better range
