Never found this to be the case with any other than first gen sticks. Just keep clearing the cash on all apps. Force stop apps not being used. Or delete completely..... Paul
 
and once you have downloaded and installed an app go back to the downloader and delete the downloaded app.

ive just this minute (14.42 17/11) tried Alexa on my firestick remote and got the 24.99 deal! Result!!
