What if the provider gives an App but App doesn't work on all 3 of my devices?

You've been told what to do, use an app from webos , smarters or iboplayer for the TV.
Windows as above possibly
Fire TV , app supplier suggests or paid for Tivimate.
You do know the more devices you want this on costs more.
Put request in with what you need and list your devices. Supplier will then suggest what to use. Seriously though if anyone DM you I'll be surprised. Your really making this harder than it has to be.

And no I don't know how much energy the firestick, laptop or lg TV uses when In standby or while running IPTV. Seeing your last posts that may be asked next.
