Difference is I can prove it mate. But if sky don't supply them how on earth can you get them on IPTV. Now tv do a few. But they are just enhanced.

You just need to look at say spark sports and sky sports raw and you will see a marked difference.

Pic 2 Now sports showing 50fps refresh rate

Pic 3 shows sky news (raw) 50fps tivimate

Pic 4 shows sky news (raw) 25fps using refresh rate. You can't argue refresh rate is wrong as we know Now sports is 50fps

Need a bigger tv bud that’s the issue 🤣🤣🤣🤣
 
I think some tru to get the ultimate set up and will never be happy with the viewing capabilities they have. I am guilty of this myself. looking for the next great android box when in reality the new firestick 4kmax actually works very well now. just my opinion 🤷

In terms of raw power, the shield is cack. An Apple TV 4K is miles ahead for CPU intensive tasks such as 4:2:2 streaming. Just a shame there are no VPN apps for Apple TV or tivimate.
 
I did look at Apple 4k TV box, great specs but a bit like a chocolate teapot if you want iptv and Hooky apps for your entertainment!
 
Same here, but the lack of VPN put me off. The lack of a gigabit ethernet port on the Fire Cube pushed me to the Shield.

Not having the gigabit ethernet port in the cube is the biggest negative. Big mistake from Amazon that.

I imagine though we will see that upgrade in the new model.

Tivimate has a lot to answer for lots of peeps think they are getting 50fps but that is not true
 
I was watching BT sport full hd 50fps on Tivimate and it was noticeably better than another channel that was also streaming in full hd 50fps. So what does that tell you?

Bt sports Is 50fps and genuine. But sky sports is certainly not.
