Besides the trials, I would also say ask questions. Good communication is important when you might need support and you can discern quite a bit by the replies. Might handle a vod server between a few friends about it really which you can already do relatively cheap
Most of the Vip and Vet members never reply in the request section. This used to be a closed book and secure place to get subs but the amount of new members joining (sky agents) makes it very risky to sellers.

And your account may say Newbie even though you have been here for years but very little contribution with reguards to posts and that as you may know does not mean just saying like or what ever to get post count up. And even though you maybe genuine member, some accounts that may have been made years back can still be Sly agents.
