40mbps Fast enough?

Hi all,
Looking to relocate, which includes working from home, however the area only offers at present 4g broadband at 40mbps speeds.
My question is, are these speeds ample to use phone, pc and stream HD movies at the same time?

40mbps is plenty fast for streaming, even half they would be fine.

40mbps is fine for streaming, however you mention 4G connection. This isn't going to be as stable and reliable as a wired connection into a property.
