had hold in silver power button for 10 secs or so would suggest bootloader issue but im using same build months and updates are from server for iptv and boquets cross only unless somehow our updates clashing with woosh from last night for some bizzare reason
 
Ahh you had to hold the button that explains if if you look at the zgemma file in your usb stick in the folder there will be something that says noforce if you rename to force it will flash automatically without having to press the button.

sadly my ummm "friends ) techophobes i i have flash no force in back incase need them reflash and another usb in from for swapfile etc
 
first time posting as i'm sure the answer is somewhere and don't want to create a new thread.

Problem: Zgemma box is staying in a loop with an image on the screen whooshbuild at6 and the box goes from 0-50-72-79-99-00
this sequence is continual.
The remote control doesn't work now and even the standby button at the front of the box doesn't respond.

when setting up the gift i wasn't able to save the back up on to the usb.

i've downloaded filezilla in my work pc and brought in a usb to try and copy the gift code my sender has sent me, but i'm completely lost.
 
Hi all!

Running wooshbuild on my H2H (cable), been fantastic so far. However after today, the epg data doesn't show. Tried manually running epg importer but it doesn't pick up any files?

Anyone having the same problem?

Hi have you tried updating with crossEPG ?

I've been sent the box and it's been working fine until yesterday through VM, the gift i have is written on a piece of paper inside the box. It has CWS at the start of it.

Filezilla as me for a host name and user name and password.

i believe that if i get in that far i should be able to type the code in to the computer and put it on to my usb stick?
 
Once you've re-flashed your box, you'll be able to add your line direct to your box with filezilla, no need to add to usb.

If you press the file list button (where recordings go) in the left corner how much space does it say thats free

I never backed up the original so i'm guessing there would be nothing to reflash? sorry for the total ignorance i have but i'm willing to learn :)

You will have to reflash from basebuild just like you did when you first set it up. But before you do that youve gotta try and get your code off the box cos by the sounds of it you have no other copy.
So using file explorer on your pc open it up, on the left hand side keep scrolling until you see network click that. Hopefully you should see your box, click on that, then double click root. Looking down the list you should see usr click that and then on keys, in there you should see a newcamd list file or a ccam file. These are your line details. drag it to your desktop

Have you stilll got the piece of paper with the gift info?

So i'll need to set up my laptop at home to access this then? if the box is connected to VM by ethernet is the box still visible on network list?
