Vermin lagging and how do i fix it

My iptv keeps on freezing , and my provider checked your lagging on the iptv , says its shocking bad, he says phone them up if it keeps freezing, the bit i am no sure of how do they fix it and do i force them to get an engineer out and sort it, he says they will bluff you says speed is fine, really asked how do you fix lagging and is it worth pushing them to fix it.

You could try putting your virgin media router into modem mode. And adding your own router for better results. Asus routers work well for this.

vermin just gave me a brand new one yesterday cause rebooting itself 5-6 times a day, any idea how much they are , Mot on 11th so money is tight..lol

Does iPlayer or itvx etc freeze ? Have you tried a free trial with someone else ?

thats a good idea i been him for ages, hes been brilliant i am only one having trouble i know cause hes on telegram they be going ape if same me , i am only one complaining., exo player vlc he uses. might try trial. thanks.

Try with a VPN on, you may be getting throttled.

Turn off all the nanny settings aswell.

Try the same service on your phones data if the glitching stops you know its virgin if it glitches still on your phones data then you know if your provider.

Thanks it seems to have settled down but new router keeps rebooting by itself, no idea how it does that and why.
