Sky Television set

hello, not been on for a while, looking for a bit of advice, my friend says she's buying a sky television set off someone she says he sells them? obviously it doesn't come with a sky television subscription, she reckons she can put her own sky account on it? she says they are worth a grand but she's getting a 40inch for 400 mates rates, my question is will it work, and on these tvs can you plug in your firestick or is she wasting her bucks, thanks for taking the time to read

The sky glass tvs do have USB and HDMI ports but they are a waste of money if just used for that purpose.

thanks for your reply, think she was only buying it for the discount he was giving her, and relying on firestick I'd said to her to get a smart tv as she could get a bigger size for the money,

Total waste of money tell her to get a decent samsung those sky glass tvs are useless. £400 foa a Tv monitor basically.
