Just bought the TX3 MINI Android box and it has TV-Center and Alice apps. A old version of Kodi has been integrated in it and I can't find a way to remove and install Kodi new version. I am stuck and if someone could help I would truly appreciate it. Thanks!
You should be able to access settings then apps then select Kodi and there should be an option to uninstall it.
From the playstore you might be able to update to the latest version or if you uninstall it.
Install tha latest version from the playstore on the device or directly from the Kodi website.
But try the playstore first.
I tried that and it won't open. It has Chromecast and I am wondering if Unknown Sources Allowed is causing this. Don't show it anywhere. Might have to go in Developer's Options to allow?

I am not sure what you mean won’t open.
Can you open settings then apps and see Kodi as a listed installed app?
If so select it and it should open up options and one will be uninstall.
Does the playstore open on the device if it has one?
