Recommend a 4G router

Hi all, can someone recommend a half decent, but reasonably cheap, 4G router, and external antenna.
I have used a TP Link MR600 (iirc) with a poynting antenna, previously, and it seemed good, is this still a decent router or is there something else I should consider,
I can see the mast clearly from the house.
There should only be a couple of connections at any time, mainly streaming music, or occasional IPTV, it's a summer house with no mains services, so will be run from island solar, ideally 12v, 9v or usb powered preferably , I think most routers are one of those ranges.

I know it's not what you asked but have you thought about a 4g or 5g mobile and use it in a tether mode as you said there is no mains electricity.

Also you could try cex for used 4g routers.

The problem with a mobile on hotspot is that it will disconnect if no activity after a certain amount of time, I should have added that I have a WiFi CCTV camera, and that only connects when there is movement.
Cex is not available in my part of the world, I'm in mainland Europe , not UK .
