I can't find a way to turn off the Vpn when using my fire stick without causing the video to stop. It stops when I switch apps.

When streaming on my phone using the mobile app it's possible to disconnect the Vpn by swiping down from the top of the phone. the stream keeps playing in the app in the foreground

You won't change any settings to make the delay less, it is what it is. If you're curious how far behind it is you can check the time on a betting site (I use Sky Bet) against your time on screen.

I manually tell it to play at 1080 not Auto

Only issue with the vpn is the latency. Does it have to be Indonesia.
