Hello all, a bit of a newbie to all of this.
Box has stopped streaming the premium channels. This has happened before and randomly worked after a few hours again, but it has been a few days now without success. I have searched through the troves of posts on this issue already to no avail, including all the various searches and restarting my router. Connection on the side of provider is all fine. My build is Wooshbuild v2...is the older version the issue? Is there any way to upgrade the build/change it without risk of losing the channels or whatever?
