Zgemma re-boots every night

Hi all

Have a small issue with my Zgemma H9 twin, running wooshbuild Infinity. Had it for 3-4 years now with no real issues. Just recently, when I switch on the TV every day, the zgemma default logo is all that I see. I push the EPG on the remote and it appears and I then select the channel as required. This has been happening every night, for about 2 months now.

Before, whatever channel I was watching the night before, would still be selected when I got up the next day, I never used to put the Zgemma on standby, I just left it on. But now, it looks like box is re-starting every night at some point and boots up to the WB infinity screen. It leads me to think it's a setting somewhere, as it happens every single night now, without fail, but never while we're watching TV. Any ideas where the problem/ solution might be?

Guess i would start by checking the EPG settings maybe even turn off scheduled epg updates for a night and see if that stops it.

Woosh build is year's old update it to new firmware. Only one that supports that box now is willobuild.

I power mine off every evening and pull out the plug, and the box boots up to the last channel.
As Ferret says, it may be either an egg update or ABM update causing it, leave both off for a night or two and see if that helps.
If not, get an old version of ATV from their site, install as per Wooshbuild thread, and you should be as good as you ever were ~ unless the latest upgrades to ATV are important to you.

To rule out ABM, run it manually. Might be the Freesat crash.
