zgemma i55 portal install

hello i am currently trying to install a free trial on my zgemma i55 all is ok up to me having to install a portal which i have recieved of the iptv supplier, but am not sure how to do it. any help is greatly appreciated. thanks in advance everyone.

You type the portal address in using the remote.
How have you been trying to do it?

no not yet. do i type it into the xe downloader plugin were it says line id?

Has he given you a portal address ending in /c
Like
http:/iptvserver.net:8990/c
This goes in portals
I don't use that box so not sure if it works that way but if he's given you a portal address and asked for your mac address then that's what he thinks you need

hi thanks for getting back. yes number is about the same im afraid i dont know where to find portals on box. im not too tech savvy. i just keep going round in circles trying to get these free trials to work. the other issue i have is the message no line id defined, link an app code with this line. again i have the app number which ive been told needs to be sent to the server. this message appears in the xe downloader plugin .ive asked this server if they need this number and they say no. fed up with the whole thing now. think ill call it a night. thanks for getting back to me
