Zgemma h2s stuck on boot

I bootetd up the box for the first time and then went to update software. There were 18 updates. I pressed reboot and waited and waited and waited. The boot sign is showing but nothing is happening. I should like to do a reset but how do I do that is the boat won't boot.

You do realise this is the openbox forum section not the h2s section?
Anyway you will need to do a reflash with a USB stick.
Hope you have your line backed up somewhere or you will need to contact your supplier to get them to resend it to you

I will transfer to the Zgemma forum. I must be new.
I don't have a line so that is not a problem. Anyway the front screen has reboot whither I have usb in or not.
