Zero SNR - Zgemma H2S

Hi,

Quick question. I have just arrived at my mum and dad's and they have no Freesat channels showing on their old Zgemma H2S running WB.

Checking on signal finder they have SNR showing 0%. I've checked the single cable at the back which is screwed into LNB in and it is fine. The cable hasn't been touched. The satellite and LNB outside also look fine. Any ideas on what I could try in order to fix it?

check the LNB settings in the tuner configuration menu make sure it’s set to Universal or 9750-10600 depending on your setup if the cable and connection all look fine outside could be worth testing the box on another dish or trying another box on this dish to see if it’s the LNB or the box playing up if all else fails might be the dish alignment but only check that if you’ve ruled out everything else

Hi, thanks for the quick reply. Don't have an outright LNB setting, however within signal finder the frequency for 28.2E Astra is 11023. Is that what you mean?

That's a transponder
11023 H 23000 BBC

Check signal on different transponders. Perform a single satellite scan for 28.2, not just one transponder. How many channels do you get?
