One xbox one turns off at home screen

hi hope everyone is well.
having a problem with my xbox one turniong off at the home screen and when going into the market place app, it works fine when using the plex app and runs for hours , as soon as i go back to the home screen within a few seconds the xbox shuts down.. it can boot back up straight away.... changed the thermal paste , reset the box ,
still the same problem... not plugged into a surge protector .. lost for ideas.. hope someone can help?

Problem is you have broken the sticker. The box is probably overheating and it shuts down to protect itself. Could be CPU or Graphics chip. They will need to be re-balled and that will probably cure the issue.
