wooshbuild 6 problem?

Hi, just wondering if someone can help me. downloaded woosh 6 atv for my H5.2s but when i try to import my line off usb it doesnt work and when i view the usb line details it is a woosh line details not mine but when i view the usb on pc it is my correct line on there??

Anyone help please?

Discovery and a few others are working but not movies ect
Getting fed up with this..
