Walker Combi Box

Hi. I have just got a new walker wpstbw23 combi box for receiving both Saorview via outdoor aerial and freeview via satellite dish. When I add all the channels both saorview and satellite I get them all onto the box. When I try to view channels all I get is a black screen and subtitles. No picture or sound. I do know I have great reception from both aerial and satellite. Box is connected to sharp tv via HDMI cable. And help or info greatly appreciated

Power off box and tv and recheck all connections and power on again

I did this. I also reset the box and started from new. I'm going to try it on a different tv tomorrow. And if it's the same I'll have to try something different. Thank you for the reply

If you have another HDMI cable and port try that with units powered off.

Problem solved. I moved the hdmi cable from hdmi 1 to port hdmi 2 and now all working good. Thank you for the help. It's very much appreciated

Don't remove or insert any HDMI plug when either device is powered on.
If you have done this in the past, the chances are your HDMI port 1 has already burnt out.
There's voltage in them and they arc, and it takes very little to knacker the ports up
