I don't really use my VPN for IPTV as my provider works without needing one. I do use it for legit services eg peacock (albeit accessing in a different country it is to be used in so not really legit). I use nord VPN and find no issues buffering wise. On Quidco it's about 47% cash back which works out about £1.35 a month over 2 years after cashback

I have tried paid services of three VPN provider’s recently - Surfshark, Nord VPN, and keep solid VPN Unlimited.

Nord VPN seems to do the best job when it comes to bypassing VPN checks from different service providers.

Oof, I’d never use a free VPN. Even the free version of ProtonVPN gets lagging at busy times due to the amount of people on it
