hi would virmin superhub 3 work on v8 golden?

Anyway to make it compatible? What's wrong with superhub 3?

No, there isn't... I believe it's something to do with the firmware on the hub - I have spent hours looking into this trying various things but all yield the same results. I ended up reverting back to the Superhub 2AC which works perfect with the V8 Golden.

Would I need to just buy a superhub 2ac and just connect it?

You can try ringing VM and asking them to send you one - this is what I did and they was ok with that... I just said some of my equipment wasn't compatible with the hub 3.

Once you get the hub 2ac, you'd need to call VM and get them to activate it.

Changing multiple settings on the router
Hard wired (ethernet), wireless, home plugs, ethernet switch
Putting SH3 into modem mode and using another router
Creating a guest network and connecting to that

All combinations crashed the SH3 and put it into a permanent reboot cycle until I disconnected the V8 Golden.

Apparently you can call them up and tell them to change you over to ipv4.

VM already currently run IPV4 as standard.
