Video playing bad on laptop

Just wondering is there anyway to check video streaming from FaceBook and Instagram as on Insta its jerky and not fluid streaming.
I was using wifi on an Asus w10 and now got lan cable in and a little better viewing.
Laptop is old and wonder if i wore it out.

Just added to previous post re driver issue.
PnP whatever that is as not detecting issue
