Viark viark sat 4k

hi i have just got my new box on the front it says viark sat 4k on the side it says 4k uhd multistream dvb X2S H265 sat box, which firmware do i need to upgrade, also how do I get the encrypted channels open. I have tried the 4k firmware but comes up as failed 114, i have also tried the X2S, put the bin file in and nothing happens just reboots after a few mins, can someone please advise on the correct firmware.

when i put the bin file in error 114, whats this mean?

So your using the PT_VIARK_SAT_4K_V1.21.bin ?

Explain your method of install

Saved file to usb, put usb in box, click on PT_VIARK_SAT_4K_V1.21.bin to uploaded file , upload all to usb, when data uploaded says successful. USB boot upgrade bin, click on bin file, asked if want to upload database, click yes, fail error 114.

Download and try This One

Put USB into front slot, Menu, Net & Games, USB, select file then confirm to update database.

If that fails try another USB stick.

You managed to get that one to load up?
Check your firmware version in Information 👍
