Hi,

Recently tried to watch the 3pm on SS 16E however found the box is glitching every 1/2 seconds and throwing the “scrambled channel” error occasionally.

This is happening on all satellites.

I have a VIP Package on there for the 28.2 content.

28.2e - Sky Sports channels do not work at all
19.2e - Channels from both Movistar and Sky DE glitching
16e - Supersport from Digitalb glitching

Signal is fine, it just feels like it can’t get the encryption keys when required.

My ISP is Virgin, is it worth running the box through a VPN? Will I get blocked/banned for this?

Confident it isn’t signal as I have at least 65+%.

Has anyone else had this?

Is your broadband getting hammered with other items at the time torrents, downloading or online gaming ?

Reboot your router and box ! Any change ?

Its not happening with the majority of us so it must be network related.

Another thing you can do is backup your channel list factory reset the box and then reinstall your channel list.

Your actually supposed to factory reset after every firmware install.

Not that I’m aware of in terms of torrents etc. 550M/bit line.

I don’t particularly have a “channel list” I simply just scan a sat so I may just reset the box and then re-scan.

I presume resetting the box won’t impact anything subscription/SP1 wise?

No it does not effect SP1 as it works off the serial number

Install 1.04
Factory Reset
Scan

Are you using wifi? If so is it possible to try it hard wired?

Nope, cat6 into a 24 port switch.

Going to go down the box reset process I think.
