V8S - No signal all channels

Guys am looking for some help as am complete novice with these sorts of things. I have an Openbox, which has been working over the last few weeks, I disconnected the Ethernet cable the other day and now reconnected it, all channels are no showing no signal. I have tried multiple things; have searched satellite, updated TP list, updated channel list, rebooted, completely disconnected everything and reconnected nothing is working..... can anyone help, as it's only 1 month old??!!

So it'll be:-
dish/lnb/coax.
Dodgy power lead.
Not ticked 28.2 satellite in settings.

Dish was here when I arrived (rented house) and has been working so why would this affect? 28.2 is Sky Uk isn't it? Which is ticked. What is lnb, is the cable from dish?
