Hi guys quick question about usb stick to use in box got a 16gb unbranded one and went to record and when it was due to record a message appeared on screen usb disconnected ? I formatted to fat 32 prior to this etc can anyone confirm size and brand of a stick for use in this box and does it need formating actually in the box or on a pc / laptop prior to use etc any pointers greatly appreciated cheers

I've never tried recording on my V8 Golden but unbranded drives are never recommended ... have you checked on the vendors website for info? (freesat.cn)

No just scanned through user manual but no mention about devices to use for recording etc will have a look on site never thought of that one chèers for info
