V5S No Signal Fix required???????????????

I have a F5S that suits me well but it needs a "no signal fix". I am thinking of getting a V5S for another room. Does anybody know if the V5S requires a No Signal Fix? When I do an Ebay search for V5S there is no mention of a no signal fix. Likewise with Google
