Useful Utilities for managing Vu+ Duo 2

Hi all,
can anyone point me in the right direction for a utility to manage my box via a Macbook. I used to use something called Xdream (or similar - can't remember the exact name) but that stopped working when my Mac OS was upgraded. At the moment I use a combination of FTP s/w and SSH directly to the box... but if there is an app out there with a nice front end - I'd use it!

Also, is there an app for managing changes to the boot logo?

I already use linux via my Mac - was just wondering if there was a ready made tool like iDreamX which no longer works.

I've changed my boot-logo via the plugins menu but was wondering where they are now stored as it doesn't seem to be /usr/share (unless using the aforementioned plugins menu somehow overrides this.

Copying your bootlogo.mvi to /etc/enigma2/ will override the one in /usr/share/

The advice on another forum is to use a virtual machine on the mac and install the last version of the mac os that worked with iDreamX.
