USB Mini Keyboard not working x 2

Hi,

I am running an android box, and use a rechargeable USB mini mini keypad as the remotes on some of
the android boxes are a bit crap. I bought two new ones, they are charged but both have stopped working
the lights are on but the box isn't picking up the keypad or the mouse ?

The first one worked for about a week and stopped. I swapped it for a spare and that packed in after a couple of days.

Even put my old one back on but doesn't see that either.

Is there a setting on the box that i'm missing because surly all three keypads couldn't have gone faulty over the passed week or so.

Any thoughts ?

do these come with usb wireless dongles or are they bluetooth. if with dongles have you tried changing usb ports

If they are 2.4ghz dongle remotes you could test them on a pc to see if they are working correctly.

Tried tried them in the other USB port too, no joy.

Left them charging overnight even though the where showing fully charged.
Yeah, wireless 2.4Ghz with dongles, never thought about trying it on my P.C.
will give it a whirl when I get home.
Least that should point to the box or the keyboards.

I'm no further on really but here is what I've tried so far.

Tried using it on the PC but still no joy.

Google and Youtube suggest if you have a solid blue light and flashing yellow light on the keypad it means
no connection to the dongle and needs a reset.

Press an hold Fn + F1 button until flashing stops and only blue light remains.

Variations of this seem to work some of the time.

But not for me

Is that with all 3 keyboards?! Does sound like something has killed them... If you use a word usb keyboard for testing in the android box, see whether that eventually dies?!

Have you turned the transmit option on.

I know if mine looses charge i have to press FN key then the wireless connection button for them to work. The specific are sketchy ive not got one in front of me.
