USB / Flashing

Hi Folks,

I have a couple of questions I need help with:

what is the best USB drive to use when flashing a box? I've tried to image my box a few times it look liked my box took the image but then sticks on "boot" on the tv its displaying the Linux screen but doesn't get passed that screen.

i downloaded and image to flash my zgemma box with when i unzipped it the folder structure is as follows "zgemma\h3" see picture.when i copy the zgemma folder to my usb with this folder structure my box didn't flash, if i change the folder "h3" to "sh1" my box flashes.

can anyone explain or advise me?

The file structure you picture if the for Zgemma H2S / H2H and will not work with the 2S / S boxes

If you are trying to flash the 2S or S you need to find the correct image to use. The file structure you need is sh1 as you have already discovered,

Best advice that I can give is to post in hte zgemma section, not in the satellite installation section.
