Upgrade by network

Hi all,
I can't get to Upgrade by network to work on my v8s,
I have it on my other 3 boxes, but for some reason can't get it on one box,
I've loaded the abs. File, but when go into upgrade by network, instead of the red connect button, I have the protocol screen, the 'ftp' or http screen, any help please.

Are you sure it's the right firmware on the box

Go to eopenbox.co.uk tools section you will find the latest firmware update for openbox v8s make sure you have your line backed up before you install firmware update
