Upgrade By Network V8S Irish channel list

Who does the update for the Irish Channel List in upgrade by network on the V8S?
The UK one is cwaites right? Hasnt been an update for the Irish channels since ~ 22/02/17 which hasnt taken into account the blacked out transponder . can one be downloaded ?

I checked it last last night and it was ~22/02/17 and the UK channel list update is dated 31/03/2017 alright unless it changed today. You have hispanic and Portuguese options also?

Seems like i'm behind the times altogether . Maybe I need a firmware upgrade . Ill check later when I'm home , thanks

Just checked there my channel updates and they are still for Ireland 22/02/2017 and UK 31/03/2017 . Thats a weird one. My software version is OPENBOX_V6S_V8S_2016-88 . What have you got? Anywhere to download the latest one for Ireland ?

Keeps giving me a hardware mismatch when trying to update with an older version of firmware. Ah sure I can use the UK channel list anyway it has the Irish bouquet anyway

Hi, you have a clone box, the dates for the channel updates are different, the current UK date on a genuine Openbox V8S is 10/04/2017, you'll just have to wait until the next update. Don't worry about having a clone box they work just the same as a genuine box, the only difference is the firmware.

Good man cheers. Yeah the remote doesnt function as well as this box as others have to point it directly at the box so your most probably right. Cheers for the link

Hi, again just wondering what channels you are missing, if it was only a few i could pm you on how to update them, or i could download the irish channel list on my box, update it with whatever changes you wanted and pm it to you. The property channel has moved, just incase you watch Keltic Country (Boxnation is there now), the new frequencey for property channel is 11224 H 27500.
