Upgrade by network error

Hi got v8 box and channels have scrambled won't let me click on upgrade by network greyed out any ideas please

If network is greyed out or not loading then it's likely a problem with your network.

Goto Network settings and check your Ethernet/Wifi is active ( Green ) and goto setup and make sure DHCP settings are correct and apply.
