The other day I spilt coffee on my LG Magic Remote. It mostly works, but buttons aren't quite the same and sometimes take a few presses. I had a look at a replacement on Amazon and they are £26. I used to have a Harmony Universal remote when I had a separate amp for sound. I now have a soundbar into my eARC, so no extra remote needed for this. The LG remote also controls my Formuler box without any issues.
If I'm going to buy a remote anyways I thought I'd ask if others have recommendation for a Universal remote and what advantage it provides them 📺
