Two update files to D/L, one or both?

Afternoon guys

A quick question, I have successfully updated my v5s firmware for the first time. I downloaded TWO files from Yojiatec, one was obviously the firmware file but the other was a FTA.abs file. What is the purpose of that file and do I have to do anything with it? It appears as an option to update from in the 'update by USB' section of the v5s menu.

Not sure what the FTA.abs file is.

Perhaps the cam menus are removed from that firmware so you can't watch any of the $ channels.

Thanks for the reply, I have got all the channels except the HD one's so the update went without a hitch, I've looked through the menu at the settings and options and everything is as it was before (with subtle differences). I just wondered what this other .abs file was for, there's nothing on the company website, I didn't want to be missing out on a new option or something. I'll keep investigating, this was my first port of call so I'll Google it and see what I get.

***UPDATE EDIT*** FTA.abs = Free To Air, so I guess this is to set up the Openbox as a Freeview receiver only with no $ channels or clines. I assume this is for those who only want Freeview without the clutter of all the other $ channels (that you wont need) on the EPG.

The channel list is installed seperately from the firmware though.

If you wanted to use a channel list, from AJ for example, it would still list all of the channels, but if the cams were removed from the firmware then you wouldn't be able to unscramble the $ ones, but they would still be on the list.

I remember now, that some members didn't have the cam menu on their boxes a while back (even after pressing 6666). I think it was the Libertview boxes. They may have shipped them like that for legal reasons. They probably had the FTA.abs on those boxes.
