Hi all. I use(d) a simple Tevion fta box to access fta channels in my motorhome but it died. I bought an Openbox V8s on eBay because the description seemed to say it could be used for Astra 28 out-of-the-box but I can't make head nor tail of the first-time installation process from the manual.
To simplify the process, I am trying to set it up at home on an old disused Sky dish. The Antenna Setup page shows Intensity only 36% and Quality 10%. Am I wasting my time even trying to set it up on this dish? The Satellite search comes back with no channels.
Can anyone advise on the dish and walk me through the installation process? If there is a relevant thread, please advise.
