TNT channels problem

Hi guys, My family currently runs iptv on firestick 4k, using 2 different providers. Until now all has been good, but this week's CL games have been a problem.
My daughter who lives a few miles from me tried to load TNT3 for the Celtic game. Firstly the epg was wrong and the game was Chelsea's, but 2 other channels also had the Chelsea game when advertised as other teams games. Celtic was found on the HD channel but not the SD or FHD. At the start of the game it worked for 20 seconds and went to a black screen for the rest of the night.
THe other channels worked ok. My daughter tried all advice in thebesh's sticky; router and stick reboot, clear cache etc. She also tried the inbuilt VPN without success.
Coincidentally I was in Portugal and had the exact same problem. I've never had to use a VPN before in my 4 weeks there, but symptoms and results were the same as my daughters. Clearing cache, rebooting router didn't work nor did my IPVanish Vpn.
Yesterday she had the same problem with Celtic on the SPFL channel of the Iptv, same situation re clearing and rebooting. Provider said in reply (there was no provider input on CL night) to use the Vpn, again no joy.
Is there something we should be asking our separate providers to do at his end, or something we should try?

If you have tried all the solutions to try and resolve , then yeah contact your suppliers and see. What they say. Do they have a support group? . Coincidentally you will be surprised at how many suppliers are resellers on the same panel, source server.

No support group, but we get "firestick information" on a daily basis from the supplier which is good, but there was none for CL day or day after which was unusual. Could be he was unavailable this week which explains the problem. If a one-off week then I've no complaint, all's good.
I would have thought if a panel or server outage there would have been a bit of noise on supporters forums.

The last bit is not correct as there is more than one panel provider and more than one source for streams and not all on same panel.
Yes there is a lot of resellers but don't always sell the same service

If a channel is showing a wrong stream report it to your provider and they should be able to fix it within a few minutes.
As for the spfl accounts that providers use keep getting blocked so is a struggle to keep active.
If I was in you I would take a few trials elsewhere and look for a backup sub so you will have various options of viewing if ever any problems arise.
You did all the basic troubleshoot yourself to no avail so it would be down to the provider to try and fix it

Tend to use a vpn all the time not had any issues that I know of
