Tivimate Add Playlist error

I'm encountering a frustrating issue with Tivimate (latest version) after removing several trial playlists, one of my 2 active playlists stopped working. I contacted support and tried to add it and now I cannot add a playlist and receiving the connection error. I've tried the playlist on another device and it works fine. Details:
VPN is off
rebooted - router, shield pro
cleared tivimate cache
tried with 2 different playlists with same issues
other playlist is working fine; other streaming apps work fine

Any guidance would be appreciated

Force close the app and then clear cache.
If that doesn’t work I personally would uninstall Tivimate and reinstall with a fresh install.
If you haven’t tried that already.
 
thanks, have cleared cache with no results. will try to uninstall. Ive tried on 2 boxes with the same issue...

I've noticed that when adding a new playlist or editing an existing one, the playlist is able to process if I uncheck the "include VOD" box. If you're having a similar issue, try unchecking that box.
 
This seems to have been a big issue over the last week judging by the tivimate Reddit page, might be worth trying to find the downloader code for a previous version.
 
tried with smarters as well and same issue. Oddly the playlist works on my iptv smarters expert on PC. im at a loss
 
Issue RESOLVED - finally diagnosed it to my rogue ORBI router, something happened in the last week where it just crapped out. Thanks for the input everyone. Happy Holidays and have a great new year ahead!
Random things like that are so frustrating because you just wouldn't think about it at first.
 
Guys, on Tivimate using X stream codes.

If I change my URL playlist, will I lose my favourites list? Or no as its connected to my Tivimate account not playlist?
