Timer recording oddity

I had a few auto timers and ordinary timers setup on box and something strange was seen 2 pages of the same file and no size as they were blank with same time but i deleted them before i thought to screenshot.
Not happened before so something new

I had to do the same, our local bbc 1 SD has gone and is now bbc 1 region HD, had to reassign all my bbc 1 timers to use new channel

No a channel on 19.2 on which i record many but unsure deleting of epg as times were all screwed up and downloaded a fresh copy left a bad marker and all on that same time.

H7S i had set timers and auto set to record but this is the first time i noticed dual recordings on my recording lists?

I have set many timers and possibly forgot about the auto timer but in the past only got 1 recording from it.

4 recordings when usually 2 .
