supplier wont changeiptv file

hi. I have a little problem with iptv supplier I bought line about a week ago which he send me in web tv for open box v8s. but now I have bought zgemmah2s and told the supplier if he can send me the file for this box but, he says cant as I asked for open box, is he right in this situation. he said he cant even refund the money.

Total crap is this,He can send you an m3u file very easy,Simple way to correct this is to open the Webtv.m3u file in note pad and just edit it to m3u and save,You can then add it to your box as an m3u file using the m3u converter plugin,If you need any help please pm me

This should work open the webtv.m3u file and you should see your url, port, username and password

Edit this template to suit and it should download the m3u change url port with your url and port then change xxx with your username and yyyy with your password.

You need to file transfer it to var/volatile/tmp folder and then go go install local extensions on the box,Install the plugin and then send the m3u file to media,hdd folder,Then go into the m3u converter plugin and you will see the m3u file and press green to covert and then it will be in your bouquets list if you scroll down,Link below for plugin file

ok. but not very good at this you said transfer it to var/volatile/tmp folder, do I have to create this folder in pc and transfer via usb. sorry for being pain.

Open your Webtv.m3u file your supplier gave you in notepad and just rename it to m3u and save to desktop,You need to use filezilla/flash fxp type program and follow the guide i have done above,If you cannot use file transfer then do as disayers has said
