I had this pre installed and after doing some updates now seem to have a differnt version of openvix.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to get the native sucmnsee setup back.
I have read here you should not flash/update through the portal, which is what I have done and now seem to be having problems.

Did you do a vix update , as Iam sure they say it's ok to update on atv but not vix ?

Zgemma are deffintly not supposed to be updated over the air if your running vix or any form of modded vix eg, succmnsee's backup think you may have to reflash your box (lucky you diddnt brick it)

What is your box doing just now ? Are you getting any channels as dillyp says you might have to reflash your box , and hopefully you still have your line details safe !

Think he would of lost channels mate by the sound of post hes reflashed a fresh image not 100% but am sure it wipes box so would have to start again like you say hoppefully hes got a copy of his line
