Hi, I'm useless at this stuff and am having a problem with my ZGEMMA Star 2S.
It has worked well for a couple of years but it froze last night and I did the usual plug out and in again but it reboots to 01/01/1970 and displays tune failed over the blue alien head.
I went into settings/time settings and it's on GMT so I'm unsure what I can do as I can't find a way to enter date manually.
I also tried plugging in an open box that works in another room with no signal coming up.
Any help would be great.

Did that but nothing.
Did a network test and I got green ticks for everything.

I assume you are currently using sucmnsee image?

Still not working despite getting 5 green ticks on network test.
How do I flash the box or change the sucmnsee logo as suggested yesterday?

I'm now getting 4 green ticks on network test. Nameserver is coming up "unconfirmed" the name server 1 numbers are: 192.168.8.1
Any ideas, I'm cracking up.
We only use the box for free to air but we're missing it now it's not working.

If it's used for freesat only I don't think it needs network connection?

You can manually change nameserver 1 to 8.8.8.8
Nameserver 2 to 8.8.4.4 and save.
Reboot the box and run network test again
