Satellite Strange tuner b issue

I have a H7s
It was working perfect for months ,

I set up both tuners, a and b to a skly sat so I could live pause and record etc.

I set the autobouquetmaker to update everyday which it was doing, until the other day.
I got a message to say it failed due to tuner b .
I checked tuner Bs signal and scanned to check and it finds all channels.
When I disabled tuner b the ABM updates as normal .
But with it on it doesn’t.
I have tried to update the actual ABM software from v3.3 but it says i need 3.4v
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the ABM and it’s the same .
Is there anywhere I can get a version of ABM v3.4 which I could try to load on manually ?
 
I am still on the old version and still working , Check both tuners have a signal on A and B with signal finder.
 
How to I double check the image version? It’s definitely open Tv.

I have signal on both A and B which is the strange thing .
 
go menu information about and look closely at screen look for version like 6.4 or newer
 
People make comments like "I have good signal", but it is not a thorough answer. There are many transponders on 28.2, some weaker than others. Some on Horizontal plane, some on Vertical plane. You really need to check the signal on the transponder you are interested in. For Sky 28.2, ABM uses 11778 MHz, Vertical, 27500. This has not changed for many years. Please use signal finder, select that transponder, check both tuners.

Yes It will be good to update, but it may not be the problem.

There are only 7 on that transponder, so it is correct. Did you test that on both tuners A and B? Can you please post a screenshot. Please highlight the tuner press right/left to change it if required. If you are getting signal on 11778 on tuner B on signal finder, best you update your image and then run ABM again and then get your debug log showing the fault.

@cactikid, that is the frequency ABM uses for Sky UK.

Yes tuner A and B I’ll check some photos ,you think an update of the openatv will help?
 
You cannot perform a software update across version changes. You can easily flash a newer image using "flash online". If you have a storage device connected to the receiver, a settings backup will be made, after receiver restarts, it will re-apply everything and re-install what is on Plugins server. Very easy to do.
