stpt??

hi all,

i turned this openbox s10 hd on. on the screen it come up with "stpt" then i get the chaneel number on the fron t of the box but nothing on the tv??? whats all this about people. i know nothing about these boxes is there something i have missed. i have spoken to the line provider and the line is fin. apart from being a poor quality box can anyone tell me if i have missed something

any help would be great

If you get nothing at all on the TV screen (not even a menu) then it's got nothing to do with your line provider.

If you are currently using HDMI, try connecting to your TV using the 3 phono (RCA) connectors.
