You can download the latest firmware by remote , but go to www.my starview. Com and there is all the information on their website telling you what to do

Ok , if you go onto their site there is a file you have to download onto a usb stick to get the latest firmware
Sorry it's been a long time since I done anything with these box's

not surprised as many have moved on from these boxes,might be something in downloads?

It's fine when I just looked , everything you want is there
